CT Scan of the elephant trainer who suffered multiple fractures due to an attack by one of the elephants. He was completely crushed so we stabilized him and gave him critical care during his transfer. He is presently under rehabilitation.
Palliative Care
Post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation for the mahout in Mayapur after the elephant attack. His rehabilitation consisted of dressing and healing the wounds, physiotherapy and traumatic stress counselling.
Hernia Operation
Hernia operation and treatment for a Gaudiya Math Sanyasi. He came to us in desperation as the Math had no means to meet his medical expenses. We arranged for his surgery to be done by a known Surgeon free of cost and provided all pre and post operative care in our hospital.
Physiotherapy
Home care for a senior Śrila Prabhupāda disciple to treat his orthopaedic condition. The local doctors had refused to treat him due to his serious co-morbidities. The other option would have been to transfer him to Kolkata which he did not want. Our team successfully treated him in the comfort of his home.
